We route Pre-Vetted Active Buyers to Supply Partners Qualifying Both Sides Upfront.

What we do

Hyphen Route is an independent origination and introductions firm. We run selective mandates across commercial dealflow and talent, identifying live demand from market signals, qualifying both sides, and making the introduction when the fit is real.

Our deal-routing process

We track companies with active needs, qualify both sides upfront and make the introduction.

01

Track companies showing buying signals

We monitor signals in the market that often create a buying window for companies.

02

Qualify both sides upfront

We vet the supply and the demand partner, and qualify both sides upfront.

03

Give both sides a clear brief

Before any introduction, we form a clear view on the fit and give each side a short brief explaining why the other company fits, why the timing is right and why the introduction makes sense now.

The Introduction

When the fit is clear and both sides are ready, we facilitate a warm, context-rich introduction while the buying window is live. Both sides then take over the commercial conversation, terms and fulfilment.

Pre-vetted & warmEvery introduction is vetted for fit before it ever reaches you.
Positioned before you arriveWe frame your value inside the account’s current context first.
Context on both sidesEach side already knows why the other fits before they speak.

What makes an introduction pre-vetted?

We verify that a real need exists, the relevant decision-maker is involved, the opportunity fits the supply partner’s capability and both sides want the conversation before we connect them.

How do you qualify the demand side?

We track buying signals such as recent funding, company expansion, leadership changes, product launches, new-market entry, growth pressure, revenue churn and hiring surges. We then confirm the need is real, the buying window is active, the right decision-maker is involved, and there is an active budget and defined deadline.

How do you qualify supply-side partners?

We assess capability, track record, current capacity, geographic fit, response speed and whether the partner can responsibly serve the opportunities we route.

What happens after an introduction?

We make a direct introduction with the context both sides need. From there, the buyer and supply partner own the commercial conversation, scope and delivery relationship.

Do you guarantee introduction quality?

Yes. Every introduction must match the qualification criteria agreed during onboarding. If one does not, tell us within 5–7 business days and we will replace it at no additional cost.

Do you work with competing supply partners?

We protect the routing logic agreed with each partner. Any category or territory boundaries are discussed upfront so there is no ambiguity about where a partner sits in the network.
